J.L. was involved in a car accident when another car ran a stoplight. The day following the crash he had low back pain and shooting pain down his leg. After an MRI scan showed a large disc herniation and undergoing steroid injection with little improvement, he underwent a minor low back surgery. The surgery resolved the back pain completely. The injury claim was presented to the insurance company, who denied the low back pain and surgery were related to the car crash. After a lawsuit was commenced, we recovered $90,000 for his low back injury.
